The Agility Guide

There are different places to train Agility , but they all depends on your level.

Gnome Stronghold:

When you first start Agility you will need to go here.� It is located North west of Ardounge, When you get there, there should be a women outside that needs help, help here to get in, Go north a little and the Agility area is on the Right(east). When you reach lvl 35 you can now train at the barbarians outpost

Barbarians Outpost:

When you reach lvl 35 agility you are now able to train here.� It is south of Camelot castle.� You have to of done one of the members quest to get in there. When you reach lvl 42 you can access the first area of the Agility Dungeon.

  • Bar Crawl: Below are the bar locations for the bar crawl:

    The Jolly Boar Inn - Next to varrock wild. Above Varrock.
    The Blue Moon Inn - Varrock. South of Varrock Markets.
    The Rising Sun - Falador. In Falador Markets.
    The Dead Mans Chest - Brimhaven. Southern Area of the Village.
    The Foresters Arms - Seers Village. West of the bank.
    The Rusty Anchor - Port Sarim. Near Lady Lumbridge.

    After completing the barcrawl you have access to the barbarian outpost, which has an agility training ground. You must be at least lvl 35 agility to use the course.

Agility Dungeon:

When you reach 42 agility, you are able to train on the ledge here, To go any further you 57 agility, but the next course you need 52 agility for, the Wilderness Course.

Wilderness course:

When you are 52 agility, a good place to train is here, take a lot of food because pkers will get u, after you level more, you are able to access more of the Agility Dungeon, to check the areas and the lvl u need to get into them, look into the table below.

Other places:

There are other places that you need to use agility, for instance for the Shilo Village quest.� One reason to level agility is so that you can access new areas of the world of Runescape.

Agility is an easy skill to do.� Only problem is raises fatigue, the nearest beds are listed above to the nearest places.� When you are to tired to do anythin, rest in a bed, or eat food to lower ur fatigue.

GnomeBall!

Gnomeball is a Mini-game in Runescape, it�s a Fun way to raise Agility. It is located in the north west area of the Gnomes Stronghold, which is North west of ardounge. The closet bed is up the tree a little north of the courts.

Imporant! There is no accurate exp from gnomeball, I don�t know how it is based, but it has been tested.

Important: When you lose Hp, it is based on your Max Hp!
